Diono is a leading designer and manufacturer of convertible car seats and other juvenile products. We are committed to improving safety for babies and young children traveling in cars. As the result of our rigorous quality control and ongoing product testing, we have established that if our convertible car seats are installed forward-facing in vehicles with lap belt ONLY (Type 1) without the top tether attached, it crosses into technical non-compliance. You may be affected by this voluntary recall.

If you are using our convertible car seat forward-facing with the 5-point harness, AND without top tether attached, AND your child is above 65 pounds, you may be affected by this voluntary recall.

If you are using our convertible car seat forward-facing with the 5-point harness, installed with a lap belt ONLY, AND without top tether attached, you may be affected by this recall.

If you are using our convertible car seat forward-facing with the 5-point harness AND your child is under 65 pounds AND it is installed with our SuperLATCH system, OR lap-shoulder belt, OR with top tether attached, the convertible car seat is NOT affected by this voluntary recall.
